The Dreamchasers United Afterschool Program focuses on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, workforce readiness, mental health awareness, and character development for young men in grades five thru twelve. The curriculum derives from Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship and Junior Achievement and is delivered by passionate volunteers that act as program facilitators as well as mentors for our youth. The program is structured as an open discussion forum combined with games and activities that manage to keep the young men very interested and involved.

Field Trips and events outside of school play a major role in the program, constantly introducing the young men to new opportunities, places, and ideas. The field trips and events are more culturally based than the program curriculum and are used to enhance the young men's knowledge of history, such as the field trip to DuSable Museum of African-American History.
