Tell us about yourself?

I’m Randy Hemphill the founder of Men Making Moves. Men Making Moves is an initiative under my personal and professional development company dedicated to providing education and resources to men ready to take their lives to the next level.
I was raised on the Southside of Chicago in the Roseland and Concordia Park community. I was one of the few young men in the community that had a Father in the household. My Father became the Father to the community. Understanding the influence of men in the community is one of the biggest reasons I started Men Making Moves. Men need support, mentorship, and direction just as much as others.

How & why did you come up with your business/organization?
​
I'm using my personal struggles and victories to help other men find and activate their purpose through exclusive events, education, and resources.
Many of us believe we have financial or relationship problems, the truth is we have a vision problem. Men Making Moves is committed to helping men FOCUS on what will take them (and their families) to the next level!

What does being an entrepreneur mean to you?
​
Being an entrepreneur means FREEDOM and OPPORTUNITY. Having my own business allows me to determine who and how much I want to earn and help others earn. It’s powerful to be able to help others help themselves and their families. My goal is to create a legacy that my kids can continue.
